good times

well this isnt really a racing story, but close enough.

tonite was my high school grad open house, and my dad's college roomate (from back in the day) shows up with his 1998 acura nsx. i have been waitin to see this car for the past two years... and i finally had my chance. he lives far away and doesnt drive it too often (about 5k miles a yr). he pulls up, opens the trunk/hood to show me the engine. he has a supercharger, adjustable suspension, an ecu upgrade, toyos and rims, and a kickazz exhaust (dual 3" tips ). and he was nice enough for me to take it for a 15 minute drive. and wow, that is by far the coolest thing i have ever drove. it had sooo much power over all rpms, it was insane. it was like nothin i have ever drove before. i could tell it was an acura, it drove alot like my dads 2003 tl-s (see background). except like a tl on some major steriods. the guy told me to run the rpms to the redline (8k), i got it to 7.5 a few times, i didnt have the balls to bring it higher. i got on the highway and cracked 100mph w/o trying. he also has some major laser detterent stuff in there too, and a radar detector, which was a nice thing to have. i dont kno, but that made my day... and more. i am still in shock... i only dreamed of drivin that car. it surprised me, i am 18, relatively new to driving stick, and i hardly see the guy, and he had NO problem lettin me take his ride out for a while.

now... for the pic... if it works

yeah this car is very clean. 25k on the odometer, 1 owner. he drives it a bit hard some time, but who wouldnt . it was quite funny, when he pulled up, he took his 2 year old son out of the front, and took the kid's carseat out and set it aside before lettin me take it for a drive. all i have to say is that two year old is one of the luckiest kids i know.

That car will probably last until that kid is 15 1/2 and has his license!

They are so sweet. I'd love to have one of them. (some day) I've heard from people that it drives at 130 as if you were going 90 in the CL. Sweet car.

Yeah the NSX is freaking awesome, a client came in about a year ago with a supercharged one and that thing flew. I am only 18yrs old too and it is now officially my dream car.
