Good shop experience and props

First of all, thanx to everyone who replied to my "Rear CT Springs squeaking" thread. Your input was very valuable.
And (as the repliers suggested) the usual suspect turned out to be the problem: Dem Sways!
I've had the sways on oh about 3 months and the springs and konis about 1 month. About the time I got the new suspension in, the rear end started creeking and squeaking over bumps. Very annoying -- especially if you've got people looking at your car at the time!
Well it turned out that the teflon tape "wore out" on the poly bushings on the rear sway bar.
The praise I have for the shop that fixed it, A & H Auto Care of Denver, is that they took the time to show me exactly what was wrong and fixed it free of charge. They didn't install my sways. Their staff and mechanics maintained a friendly and professional attitude throughout, even though I in fact "blamed" their work for the squeaking, incorrectly, I might add.
The Acura dealership near me didn't lift a finger to help me fix the problem. I know they figured, "we didn't do this, so why should we help". Okay fine, and they are entitled to that.
Let me just end by saying that since A & H took the time to be professional and courteous to me, well, they won my business for the future work I'll have done.
I'm glad they do business like I wish "Acura Total Customer Service" or whatever should do business.
I'm hopeful that most of you CL-S addicts out there also have found a good no BS shop that does your work professionally and treats you right. It does make a difference!

Actually interesting thing is my Acura dealer is really cool. They're labor is super expensive, but they do good warranty work . But then there is another guy me and a few other friends here on the board know in the Bay that do great installs also.

Yes, I've been meaning to post picts. I have some picts pre-drop with rims, but that is it. I gotta Zaino that beeyatch before I show her, I figure.
Happily I will announce: NO RUBBING EVER. Four people in the car and army gear in the trunk and no rubbing even on the corners. And I may have 4 in the car, but I still love the corners. That little bar by the passenger's head -- I think it is to hang clothes -- is used by the passenger to "hold on tight".
My friends will tell you, no doubt I LOVE this car.
I'll take some picts and post in the next couple of weeks in the gallery -- no problem.
If you want the "pre-drop" picts, then no sweat, I'll e-mail you them but they are big.

What work did A&H do, and what did they charge (I'm thinking of suspension work this spring).

Thanks for the props.
Give me a few weeks on the post-drop picts.
I'll be honest -- I was so nervous about 18x8 45mm with the fatty S-03s 225/45 and a drop. But it has been completely a non-issue.
Other CLSers have had issues with same tires and different drop type. bobowah had major rubbing with Eibach and basically my same tire/wheel combo.
The rims were $175 each from wheelmax plus shipping. I get a lot of complements on the rims and a lot of "stop light stares". I'm extremely pleased, and they weigh 4 lbs less than stock even though they are 18s.
Thought about chrome, but passed. But with Red, I thought it might be a little too much Bling. The chromes are sweet, though.

A & H install my drop springs and Koni Yellows.
They charged $240 for the work.
They estimated 4 hours at $70 an hour, but were running a special and I got 15% off.
Very satisfied with their work and how they treated me. Mechanic and owner are both very friendly.
If this helps, here are the other quotes I got from some Denver-Area shops for the spring/strut install:

Pro Auto, Denver: $420
Japanese Auto Specialists, Broomfield: $350
Alternative Auto Care, Thorton: $340

Hope this helps. I didn't even bother calling the Acura dealerships. When I called a couple of them for the sway bars install, they quoted $220-$250! I got it done for $75! What were they thinking?
