is it a good idea to disconnect the battery?
hey guys i need your advice. Im leaving for spain for 6 weeks, and I was wondering, is it a good idea to disconnect the battery, since the car is gonna be sitting idle?

Read the manual. It explains the do's and don't's about storage. Did you NOT read the manual ?

i'm storing my car for like 3 months and didn't disconnect the battery or put it on jacks.
i don't think the battery needs to be disconnected unless it was over 6 months or so, the stuff that's on isn't gonna drain it that fast.
and the tires, i was told it's a good idea to put it on jacks if you don't want flat spots, but i just upped the air a little bit more before storing.
