Violation for an exhaust?
I was in Fairfax paying off a speeding ticket (damn radar guns) when I overheard some chinese guy sayin that he got a pulled over and got a ticket for his exhaust being to loud or something. It was like a $50 dollar fine. He was in a riced out accord but still, thats crazy. Anyone ever been pulled over for their exhaust????
