Good idea for a custom grill? New your opinion...

I did this once, with a roll of plastic silver door edge guard I got at Pep Boys for cheaper.
Not sure if this is the same but the look was similar.

its like 6 bucks... i dont think its gonna work on a second gen though..

I dont know if it would look "cacky" (i dont know what that means sorry)

CUSTOM GRILL!!! thats the way to do it (i already order the preforated sheet metal)

my friend got one of those grills from autogrill and it looks nice IMO. looks stock too.

that little bit of chrome does look kinda nice, interesting DIY, and if its not good you wasted liek 10$ and take it off
