does anyone know which dealer in San Diego is good? cuz i've been going to cush acura and they've been feeding me a line of bullshit everytime i go in there......they promise shit to be done by a certain time and day and its not done til a week later damn...pisses me off

 

Try Ball acura down on the Mile of Cars.... I've been treated pretty good there (Tho, I've only been there a few times)..... No problems with them..... Tell'em you heard good stuff about them on this board..... Knowing that they're being talked about on a public message board will probably persuade them to treat you even better, that way they can try to keep they're reputation positive......

 

yeah ball acura has good prices, and are pretty good with service... although they put 15 miles on my car for 7500 mile service.... :?: and left some oil on my steering wheel... but their prices are way better than cush, who wont give you a loaner either oh, and they also do performance mod installs, like headers and stuff !

 

i bought my car at Hoehn Acura in Carlsbad from a guy named Mario. I wouldn't recommend the place though.

 

I go to Cush just because it's close. I'll probably just go there for most needs but I've never been happy with the service there. The people are like the ones at Chevy and Ford or the postal office who just sort of go through the motion. They do the whole customer service check on the phone thing afterwards but the feeling is that they do it out of habit but don't give a fuck what you say anyhow. Hey Mr. Cush, do you hear me??? Your people suck and your business policies are really cheap!! Trying to get a loaner from you guys is like pulling teeth! I don't think I'm going to buy a car from there no more.

 

Michael Cain @ Kearny Cush has always treated me right. If you give him a weeks notice he'll set you up w/a loaner.

 

ok well michael cain did help us the first time he was a good guy but david edwards does his best they just can't do nething for us well i took my car in and they told me i need another new tranny ( juts got one 2 weeks ago ) and they gave me like a 98 integ so i guess i'm happy except for hte fact that the integ died in the middle of the road wouldn't start for 2-3 minutes then starte dworking again.......wierd shit

 

my wife and i bought our cars (she has a 2001 mdx) from cush escondido from javier ramirez.

cush and javier were adequate but the sales department asks very inflated prices for accessories (like spoiler or gold emblems). call the service department for quotes on the accessories before you deal with sales so you know a maximum amount sales should charge you (increases your bargaining position but don't let on until the very end of bargaining).

 

go to ball acura talk to juan carlos carmona and he will give u good rates a NEW loner and wash vacum and shine ur car when u get it back.....they were the first to install comptech parts and still maintain waran...tell him davd fernandes sent you and watch the golden gates open
