Good deal on a CL-S?

129K.. $9,995. Aside from the tranny issue, do you feel this is a good price considering the mileage? How many miles do these CL-S tend to last before they start to have huge problems? 200K +? The exterior and interior is in perfect condition...

I would probably avoid it honestly. If Acura doesn't honor a free transmission, you could easily be out by 3-4K which is near half the value you bought the car. I believe they only give you a 1 year / 12K warranty on the new trannys.

price is too much considering the mileage. as far as major problems and mileage being correlated, the only major issue is the tranny, and being that the car is over the warranty, i'd stay away if i were you.

Sigh, this is why the CL forum is dying out unfortunately. Seems like more people are leaving then signing up.

I would avoid it. Where are you located? I have a 2001 CLs with 83K miles for sale.
