Well I would like to see where you read this, although I see where your coming from. The new bottle hardly describes the new fluid at all versus the old fluid which was described as synchromesh, and something that uses a friction modifier. You can't help but feel like they went plain jane on the label.

The important part is how it feels it should feel great. Right now im using the non friction modifed synchromesh, and im thinking about switching to the (FM) version.

Why screw around with the GM stuff? The new Honda MT lube works as well or better.

man im pissed i went to the GM dealer just now to get 3 bottles when they gave it to me i didnt see friction modified on the lable any where and the part number looked different
(12345349) than the one above. I told the guy there and he said he never seen any other one different that was the one they carried so i got it for 12.59 a bottle. Im pissed now. Oh well after i break the clutch in at 500 miles i will get a oil change and have them flush that stuff out and put in the right one if i can find it or the Honda Manual tranny fluid

Honda fluid is crap, I've tried it and personally thats when my third gear started to grind.

Just bought some GM FM stuff, still in the old bottle (first pic) can't wait to put it in.
