all the lites lit up today with much slipping. drove 20 miles in 2nd gear to the dealer who said that the codes do NOT warrant replacement. Said it was the solenoid and something esle?

Now he has to fight with Acura regional rep to get replacement tranny, which by the way is still the shit rebuilts.

there is no positive outlook it seems.

i called acura cust care and gave them hell.

told them if they don't pay my next payment to chase and give me a full 100 k extended warranty, bumper to bumper, they would not be happy with me.

the only good thing today was that i was able to pick any vehicle at enterprise, so i took an 02 suburban!!

ps my service guy told me that he has done up to 4 replacements
