Question Get rid of it or not?

I'm thinking of getting rid of my beloved CL-S and getting into an '03 Audi S4...wondering your guys opinions and if anybody knows anything about Audi's such as reliability, customer support, build quality, etc. Everybody wants a fast car but nobody wants a fast POS! Thanks ahead of time.

It appears by your signature that you have quite a bit of money in your car. The market is in the hole so you probably won't recoup it. I personally love my CL-S and want to keep it for a few more years. Good luck with whatever you decide though.

If the car was near 100K or wasn't covered under the trans warranty(some 03's are not) I would dump it.

I have a friend that is a service advisor for Audi and he said that he wouldn't own or recommend anyone to buy an Audi unless its under warranty or they have the money to pay for the expensive repairs.

German cars = electrial problems. Plus expensive to repair anything. I dunno about you but I heart my CL-S. You've made it your own with all your little mods and qwirks, I just couldn't let that go.

My friend's older brother owns an '03 S4. It's a very nice car and fun to drive but the maintenance will cost you an arm and a leg if it's not covered under warranty.

if your car is running well, paid for, looks good, etc KEEP IT cost of repairing your car < new car price, even if the trans blew up

S4's get pretty horrid gas mileage. Keep that in mind. Expect mid-teens.

Hit and run thread... OP posted it 4 days ago, and hasn't logged in since...

Closing... this is turning into a s4 discussion thread anyways, and since this is a CL forum, and the S4 isn't a CL, it's offtopic...

BaumBizzle, if you want to info on an audi, start a thread in cartalk please:
