Could be that you didn't fill the tank up as much as you usually do.

I've got every gas stop I've ever made w/ my CLS in a log book, so I can accurately check on fuel economy... It's been about 22-23 mpg for the last 4 years (52K miles)... Making assumptions based on one tank of gas doesn't work... Some tanks I get less mileage then others, but overall it all averages out.
Don't they teach you guys Scientific Method in school anymore ?? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scientific_method
We need repeatable, observable, empirical evidence before we can make judgement...
Oh, maybe you just wanted some WAG's (wild ass guesses) ??
edit: I've noticed that alot of people don't even know how to calculate gas mileage correctly...

cold weather effects mileage. Along with the winter blends of fuel. I noticed about a 40 mile to a tank reduction now that its colder out, and the winter blends are being used. (down to around 370-400miles) all hwy where im typically at 420ish
Also, how are you determining what a full tank is. I think when the light comes on, we still have a shitload of gas remaining. I think its something like 3 gallons remaining when the light comes on. So depending on when you fill, you can get a 30-50 mile variance.
In addition, the CL-S is a perfect highway cruiser. I get about 30MPG, but when you gotta get that fat end stopping and starting all the time in the city, I drop all the way down to about 21mpg.

With my CL, I always got between 230 and about 260 miles per tank when I was doing a lot of city driving. I got up to about 450 doing all high way. And I checked my mileage every time I filled up.
I would check your air filter and plugs. Also, I take it you're using premium, correct?
Ok to address a few,
1 I have BRAND new tires, at 32 psi each
2- i fill up a full tank with 15.5 gallons, car turns off at 16.1.
3- FULL tank everytime.
MAYBE it is bad o2 sensors, first il check the plugs, anyhow, can we replace o2s ourselves? or is it a LONG complicated process?

btw, if im at 20 mpg wich the acura promises what 21-29? i SHOULD get 300 to a tank but NOOO right now i just 243 up till the light and pushed to its limit 260. i use premium ONLY, air filter is only 6k miles old, i just bought the car. hmm...
Are the "Brand New" tires over sized?
Bigger tires will cause lower miles since you have a larger diameter to cover the same distance...
The lowest mileage I have gotten to a tank was around 225 and that was when I had my car idled for about 4-5 hours (was using a power inverter off the battery to work on my other car).
I typically would get between 18-21 mpg with highway and city driving before my AEM CAI. Now I get between 22-25 mixed.
Also, there are more additives in the gas during the winter and people always complain about the low mileage we get with these cars during the winter...
