Gains from Thermoblok

I have read their website and what they say you will get, but what have people who actually have this mod getting in gains for HP and MPG?
$106 is pretty cheap for a mod, but is it worth the effort and the gain?

after the ecu read, everything was good. you instantly feel there is a definite gain in low end torque and slightly brisker acceleration. Slightly. The instructions are pretty good but if yo need pics for the install search Niteqwill's posts.
Everything is easier if you have the right tools. I learned that the hard way.

And it is so worth getting this for your car!

well this mod doesn't really GAIN you hp, it just prevents you from losing it when the engine heats up, whic is a great idea imo. I'll be getting these soon myself.

But is it really worth heating up the block, and burning more oil and coolant?
When I hear things like that, to be honest it kinda scares me...
