That is a funny thread. Love it. Of course there will be a bunch of posts after that about how this and that IS300 beat every car Acura ever made. Blah blah blah...you know the types. At least a few of those guys were cool about it and knew what a CL-S can do.

No, silly monkey. The idea is detente. Scalbert isn't some deluded little HoMoCoBoy&#174 wielding nothing more than thinly veiled zealotry spiked with malicious intent. Nobody needs to declare full war on him because he's no idiot and rarely chooses to behave like one. Do you seriously think that a debate can be lost there if anybody really wanted to take it up to the next level?

Do you think it would have taken much of an effort to link "Our cars are worth JACK SHIT" to that thread? I think that alone would have made an interesting impact, don't you think?

Don't mistake the giving of an inch for the availability of a mile.

You all need to relax, take a smoke, go outside and breathe. And while youre at it, dont stir any more trouble with the IS forum.

Re: Re: Re:

"thinly veiled zealotry" !

I like that

Problem IS DteW[y] Nobody apparently wanted to take up the argument because of appathy, lazyness, or just plain ole stupidity about their cars ! Heck, I admit I know next to nothing mechanically about the car, save what I take in from the members on this group--the MORE knowledgeable people that is.

Caddy
Off to Wield Some Zealots !
I wish

One guy had it right over there, though.

The lack of any kind of OEM aftermarket support for the CLS has really made it just another car compared to the newer, fresher looking models.

The simple fact is that even the addition of simply the bodykit would freshen our car's looks and could really improve the , "damn, I gotta get one of those" factor. But, clearly, the IS300 was marketed toward the younger crowd while the CLS was made for the retirees.
