Front and Rear Sways Install help
Does anyone have any pictures from the helms manual for removing and replacing sways or even any installation pics at all? The comptech instructions have no pictures and I want to get a much better idea of how hard the install will be before I decide to do this myself.
I have heard that the rear sway fits on perfectly and in minutes but how hard is the front sway with the 6speed?
Thanks.

very easy to do... 1 hex, boxed wrench for the end-links bots (1 on each side) and 4 bolts to hold each bar in place.
The front is bit trcik to remove/repalce not to unbolt.

I am having a little problem. The nut that holds the end of the front sway is spinning freely. Is there another nut on the other side? I tried to stick a hex wrench in between what I think is the control arm and a little rubber bushing and I cannot get it to squeeze in there? It does not really look like a nut and I could not get any leverage with pliers. I think I am going to say screw it and take it to a shop that has a lift. It is such a tight sqeeze with just ramps.

It has been awhile, but, the bolt that the nut is on is an allen head set screw. You will need the proper allen wrench to stop the spinning (5 or 6 mm). I used ramps and was getting frustrated with the front bar when my son twisted it just right and the bar snaked home. I noted immediate but less than expected results, but glad i have 'em. Good luck.
