Dealer. I just had to buy one (Texas car and MN requires front plates). $37. Held on with 2 screws on the bottom. Comes a fairly flat black and you can hit it with some spray paint if you want. I'm considering painting mine a glossy black but the current color doesn't stand out much so at this point I'm not gonna bother.

I got one ticket for not having a front plate. Got it dropped and now installed the front plate. Having a front plate > $130 ticket. It's just an Acura, it's not a Ferrari and it's not worth paying a stupid ticket over. I'd bet the only person that notices the plate and thinks it's ugly is you.

i recently got pulled over for not having my plates on the front bumper. i just told him i recently just put on my new bumper so i havent drilled any holes in it yet. (never planning on doing it anyways)
