front end clunk only when making full turn

I notice only when the car sits for an hour or two then when I start the car and have it in drive with foot brakes on and I turn all the way right or left it make a clunk sound then it goes away. I've already changed one tie rod and also gotten an alignment. I took it to the dealer and of course it didn't happen after leaving the car there 3 days to let them hear it happen. When I got it back from the dealer and I just let it sit for a couple of hours and backed out the drive and turn, of course I hear the clunk.

Anyone have this issue? This is a stock 2001 CL with only 41k on it.

It makes the noise when leaving a driveway and turning sharp. I was able to make the noise happen a couple of time driving up and down a driveway then turning.

I think I figured it out, the steering rack was loose, I haven't heard it after, but I'll see in the next few days.
