Are you doing this to remove the intake resonator ?? If so, you don't have to remove the bumper:

Someone had a DIY bumper removal on a TL (as part of a resonator removal DIY), but I can't seem to find the post (and link) right now...

Try searching for bumper removal here and on the 2nd gen TL forum...

 

i installed a cold air intake already.. i wanted to refit my bumper bc i have a little gap under the driver side headlight.. i want to align everything.. so i was wondering how to get the bumper off myself
