Front Bumper Gap

Was washing my car the other day and I noticed a gap between the bumper and the headlight assembly. Wouldn't think anything of it but it's larger one the driver's side (~3/8") compared to on the passenger side (~1/8").

I went to my dealer and told them to fix it... got the obligatory BS about how every car is different and that it's normal to have minor stuff like this show up. I looked on the lot and the single '03 CL they had has a similar gap (larger on the driver's side). Anyone else notice this? Have you had it adjusted so it's either not there anymore or at least even on both sides?

Maybe that's why Acura is considered near-luxury...

yeah i believe all cls are like that. my theory is that the car was designed with the gap there to allow air in because the resonator is behind there somewhere.

I think that's a big problem when it comes to finish. There are bigger gaps between side panel and rear bumper. I took mine to Thomas Acura (Covina), they told me the same BS as they told Nihilistan.
