posted this in the black market section cause it is for sale, but just thought i would post here to show you what he has done. this thing is amazing. it is not your typical "rustang" or 5.slow.

as you can see what he has done to it, the installer for most of this guys stuff says he can run a mid to high 10 in the 1/4. 592 hp to the rear wheels.

and of course he is selling it. check out the black market section if you know anyone who is interested, but i thought i would show you a little more then just a mustang inside and out of the car.

Nice car but realistically he shouldnt ask more than 35k since the new stang is coming out soon keep in mind it is essentially a 4 yr old car already considering 01' could be bought in 00

 

lol, actually it is going for 45k with no negotiations. he has put in like over 40k for the car, not to mention cobras were like 30k to buy, maybe more. he will get what he is asking. i mean, its a 10sec car.

he has 12k miles on the body
4k miles on the rebuilt motor.

 

he won't get anywhere near 45K. So he put 40K into the car, subtract that by 2/3. He bought it new for 30K and they now sell for very LOW 20's. You get the drift. If he gets 45K I congratulate him. If he gets 40K, I'm happy for him. If he gets 35K I'll be suprised and

well he went to the track to run it, and they wouldnt let him run cause he was wearing shorts. he hasnt been back..if i had a scanner i would scan the dyno chart.

this thing has never seen rain or snow, only sunshine.

and i dont mind the people that wanna see a slip, i wouldnt believe it either, but read what he has done and he has pics to prove most of the stuff he has.

i will find some way to scan this dynochart, at least its something more then pics and a description, but then people will think of other excuses not to believe its a fast car.

 

it's definately a sick car, but I don't think it'll run 10's. Definately 11's though. He'd also have to be running some SERIOUS tire

 

he is also nutty to think he'll get 45K for it. He may, but it'll have to be the right buyer and the car will probably sit for some time.

Esp. considering i've seen cobra's putting down the same power for sale cheaper. HOwever this guy did hit every angle of the car and it looks from the mods that it is virtually bullit proof

 

ive been fortunate to ride in this thing one day after work, and from 0-60 felt like nothing at all. ive never been in something like this before. i dont know if i dont get out much or what, but it felt like my buddies 12 sec 67 mustang was nothing compared to this car.

i just dont know why he hasnt wanted to take it to the track. i would be curious as all hell to find out what it can run, and not just take some guys word that it will run 10's. the guy that installed almost 90% of his parts has been in the business a long time and has installed these parts on numerous cars, so i would believe him.

its just not 100% proof cause their is no slip.

 

I was just f'n around. I only raised the bs flag because I was sure there was no slip,....and it's a rustang.

 

haha......yeah it is an 01 but bought in early 02. this is not a rustang......and if it is, it can still kick all our 14sec asses.

I'm just an old chevy guy, that's where the rustang came from. I traded my '02 SS for the TL-S, which by the way is a 13 sec TL-S. :P

 

then you would like my buddies 55 chevy that can lift the front end off the ground.

thing is a beast. its running open headers right now and the sound that comes from it is amazing.
