INFAMOUS TYPE S, dont put the blame on us we just made a kit for your car, if you got a problem with your car, why did you buy it in the first place, and complain to Acura, the original desingers of the car.

It's $500 to $700 over the internet... More angles would be good. Straight head on, straight from the back, straight side, front quarter, rear quarter...

And on a real car on a real background -- it's really hard to tell the lighting sources and everything else when it's pasted onto a weird blue gradient.

People here are serious, but they're also very careful with their money. It's pretty clear that you just don't have any pictures on hand, or you'd post them; however, if I were you, Versus, I'd try to take more real pictures.

If you've sold even one copy of this kit, I'm sure the buyer wouldn't mind doing a bit of advertising for you guys with his car...

Versus, you seriously need more pics, all angles possible that technology will allow! we are very picky since this is the first decent kit available to everyone so please excuse our barbaric requests!

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I need more pics before I part with my $500. I think it looks pretty cool but posting on that blue background was stupid. You can't get a good feel of what it would look like on the road, clearance off the ground, etc, etc.

Versus...Like what was said b4, this is the first real kit that has came out for this car and there seems to be alot of intrest in it. We would just like to see pics of the car to get a better feel for it b4 we all agree to buying one. What few attempts by companys to make kits for this car have been horrible and you can understand why we would be a little careful going into this.

I think i would be great from your companys standpoint to get more pics of this kit on the car...there is alot of potential buyers on this site. its hard to spend $500-$700 on something based on 2 small pics. I hope someone out there can stop and and at least take a look at the kit in person and report back about it.

if they don't know of anyone who had the kit on yet how did they take the first two pics?

This is even more of a reason to see pics of a real car on the street.

Im not hating on the kit just protective of my money

Geeze...no wonder nobody makes a kit for our car...you guys treat them with no respect. Give the guy some credit! He is the first to step up and make a poly urethane kit.

i'll be in on it at 495...
but got a question... the front lip looks too big, and i don't want a snow plow during the winter... i wonder if this lip could be converted to fit?....

it looks a little smaller, but still looks like it would form easily with the front bumper....

well i kinda doubt 20 of us will get this kit money up front, even for 495, but yeah. 10 people for 600 aint that bad either. but the guy said. thats just the price of the kit, you also have to add shipping costs to your area.

Ahmad310, our company was personally contacted by Acura of America to manufacture a kit for the CL. They even sponsored us a brand new CL to use to mold the kit. So if Acura of America is more than satisfied with the kit, and as you can see here on this forum, its not the look of the kit that is preventing people from buying it, its actually the price. This is shown by many of the CL enthusiasts willing to go forth with the group purchase.

Crump, that picture you have posted is from a 2002 Honda Civic Si Hatchback SST body kit that we also manufacturer. You cannot use that lip because it is a complete bumper replacement for the Honda Civic Si only. Please read carefully for actual vehicle applications of our kits.

Wrong !!!
The price is GREAT, but the look is “less then stellar”.
Hopefully a California member will head over there and take some photos and maybe even hold it up to their car for a “test fit”.
If it fits and looks great you’ll have lots of buyers.

That’s what you need to get the credit card numbers rolling in.

I'm with Aaron... you guys are ridiculous.

This kit looks great. It meets all the requirements yall have set forth.

The real holdup is you all are too pussy to put your stamp of approval on anything that isnt direct from Acura or copied from an Acura show car.

This is a poly kit at $500!!!! thats fucking SICK pricing. It is nice and low key... and im sure in person its dope dope dope.

The only thing I agree with the nay-sayers here is that more pics are needed. Whoever photoshopped the background out of those pics needs to stick to Crayola's

Someone nearby these peeps please go get us some pictures! THANK YOU.

I can't believe you guys are getting a poly kit for so damn cheap. Like everyone is saying, shut up, if you don't like it don't post. This is an unbelievable deal. Most fiberglass kits cost this much!

yeah the acura part doesnt sound normal...

i mean what motive would acura have in this?

the cl is being killed, and a future CL wouldnt be able to have this kit.

also why would acura let some small company (compared to honda) make a kit, and throw their names around?

even if honda for some weird reason did do this, they would have asked to keep it on the down low, in case God forbid the kits are no good, it wouldnt affect Honda's name.

just doesnt seem like a wise move to me.

I also dont think the boys at Acura would be a fan of the semi-radical styled kit.....

I'm not hating, if i still had my CL-S i would BUY THIS KIT RIGHT AWAY...i also think everyone SHOULD BUY IT...

the only thing im not 100% sold on, Honda calling up a company and asking for a favour.
