I have a 01 CL type-s w/ nav.... The foglights have burned out.. Can someone recommend a good brand to replace them with ? I heard you can buy some brighter ones ? Also does anyone know how to use the nav screen to play normal dvds? can u add a tuner or another dvd player ?

Go with PIAA 19224s, they fit well and match the HIDs pretty well. The Polarg M6's match even better, but they're a PITA to put in because they're about the same size as the hole. It can be done, but they're a tight squeeze.
