i have a 2000 rl,ok i am on my way home and i have my headlights in the on position and not auto. it is foggy out and i press the foglight button, the radio station i am listening to goes staticy.
so i cange the station, same thing.

so i turn off the foglights, and the static goes away.
i try it a couple hours later and it still happens.

WTF??? is it a bad ground on the foglights. it is under warranty so i will be taking it in to get it checked out, but feedback is appreciated

 

I had something like that with my XM on, probably from the RF modulator, not sure. Maybe it is a bad ground/wiring defect.
