1.Has anyone put real fog lights, on there '01 CL?

2.If yes, did you take out the road lamps or what.

3.Did you use that inspire fog light button?

that was me (dean078). I had projectors installed on the stock wiring. they looked alright, but didn't fill the gap enough. I found a dual fog/driving lamp from catz that i was thinking about getting installed ($500 w/ full installation, switch, etc.), but eventually changed my mind.

the fogs were a little less than $400 i think.

i didn't look into it, so i don't know if the inspire (or even mdx) switch would work as this was a dual lamp (2 different lamp parts...had two round projector parts (1 round, 1 oval) stuck together for each side).

but it's supposed to be a quality lamp as well as a full pro-install (lamps that go off when you switch on your high beams, etc.).
