If you stay in FL you should get the S2K, and a tank for daily driving.

dude in certain parts of south florida you have to keep your eyes PEELED because if not you are doomed. Makes me feel that if i look down to change a station and i will hit and be hit form eveyr angle

 

No matter where you live there are horrible drivers so slow up on the Floridain bashing cause I can count and drive very well.Plus, New Dork and Kalyfornya can talk cause New Dork has the worst cab drivers and Kalyfornya has the most speed chases!!! Just remember you gotta drive for everyone else not just yourself so don't ever let your gaurd down

 

I aggree, in comparison to other places I've lived, South Florida, without a doubt, has the worst drivers. I got cutoff by a brand new Corvette today. He was so close I couldn't see his exhaust tips. What made it so bad is I knew he was trying to merge in from behind me, so I sped up to create even more room for him, even though there was already plenty of space to merge. But the jacka$$ passed me anyways. I can't speak on all Floridians, but certainly South Floridians suck on the roadways.

WORST driver because your in frikin miami where "us" fokin hispanics think we are back in venezuela where drivin like a maniac to F the person next to you is necessary. Now, if you move further north...ft. lauderdale, Boca, delray and north...drivers are old, dont see and they are better killlers than hispanic drivers...BUT it is definetly the best place for speeding, clubs, beaches, CULOS BABY (ass) and a lot more.

 

Well you didn't mention the god hidious HUMIDITY, ROACHES (BIG ONES I MAY ADD), POSSUMS, CROC'S and all the other critters in HORIDA, besides hot ASSES..................California has the BEST climate and some darn interesting gals and A$$ I may add....

Yes it tends to be worse the more south you go, North Florida is not too bad. And not only that, the amount of crap i had to avoid on I-95, everything from tables to dogs lol

yea its toatled...the guy hit me dead in the front end.. at the wheel.. so the hole chassis poped out ...well actually it riped out* but the car is bussted ..when he hit me i couldint turn the wheel .. it was as if it has been locked.. as for my hood..it looked more like a hood on a miata. and the who hit me said that i gotta pay for his cxar and i swear i was going to fuck that guy up.. and plus i have like 3 witnesses. so imma get my fucking money back so im thinking of getting a s2k. any comment of the s2k ???

 

my dad looked at it today.. and he said im surprized your not dead.. he been a mechanic for his hole life now.. and he said thats a goner.. so yup.. so im just thinking of my s2k only thing about it its a 2 seater..

 

If your continuing to live in FL the S2K is probably going to be a rolling coffin from what you've said about the drivers.

In general it is a wonderful car, great speed, low end torque is kinda crappy, but nothing I wouldn't expect from a 2.2l engine. If I remember reading here they might kill the S2k and bring it back under an Acura badging. I also talked to a sales guy at my dealership and he said Acura R/D was in and was discussing the idea of making a convertible out of the TSX, albeit underpowered, it might be a little nicer.

S2k and two seats, that was my problem with getting it.

 

S2k is a sweet ass car.

 

It is prolly one of the funnest cars i have ever driven. Good handeling and quick as shit, tons of fun!

 

i'd suggest a Hummer before a s2000. it is a rolling coffin! lol. i've driven in s.fla for 11 years now and you really have to be a defensive driver. it's crazy here, but the nightlife and beautiful women really compensate for the bad drivers and humidity.

and yes, i would love a bike, but not in miami...that's a death wish.

 

Cpet that high heat and bad driving can make it more expensive just to fill a hummer up. But if you decide a hummer let me know because one of my big friends is one of the managers at Williamson Cadilac/Hummer. I agree a bike down here is deadly, so i will get my gsx when i go up to Gainesville.

I drive an s2k...in Orlando...love it. It's my daily driver. I don't care about space. Get it...you will love it.

 

hey guys great new..! i got only one good thing back from my cls .!!!! my system..i might sound like a dumb ass.. because im happy i only got back my system.. but befor they put the car at the auction i took back my system.. (main thing i was going for..) but its a really good system.. and im thinking if it would fit in the s2000 because i dont kno the truck space?? the system is..( two 15" eclipse pro subwoofers.. with 2 rockford fosegate 1500 watt amp).. and thats it.. would it fit??

 

oh yea i for got to mention this.. florida is getting so poulated...and these people cant drive..(and the people who is taking over florida is mainly newyorkers)

 

Stay in FLA and get the S2k. NY drivers aren't much better.

 

Sorry...I don't think it will fit. One 15 would be tough. Even if it did you probably would hear too much rattling. I have 2 PPI's and a 10 in my trunk and it's tight.

s2k would be lots of fun, but its even smaller so if you get hit the impact would be worse
