13.6 with 19's is a great run on a S/C CL-S.

He's running the High Boost Pulley right?

I think he is running the HBP. If he got some 17's or 16's on there he'd be in the low 13's

.505 R/T Very impressive

Nice 1/4 mile run too. Run the stock rims with sticky rubber & you can hit 13.4 or better.

Well considering he did that with a 2.2 60'. If he ran a 2.1 60' like some of us are, or a 2.0 like mattg does with his lightweight centerlines he'd shave off anywhere from .2-.4 secs from his E/T.

It is a rough calculation, but if you lose .1 from your 60' it usually means .2 off your E/T

Yeah he should definetly be able to beat a 2.2 60ft without those 19s .. I made a 2.17 60ft with my 18s and he has ALOT more low end torque than I do.

Thanks for the responses. It was a heavily modified early 90's mustang with drag tires that ran the 12's.

In the probably 40-50 passes I have made at this track I have never been lower than a 2.2X 60 ft time. No matter if I run 19's with t1s's or my stock 17's with sumitomo htr+. I doubt I ever will because the setup at this track forces you to go through the water box to get to the staging area. The water box kills my launch every time with my wet tires. I try to burn out after the water box to get the tires dry but there is always water between the treads that runs out. The only solution at this track is drag radials.

Great run, flint. I hated Edgewater when I lived back there -- mainly because it was in scenic FrogTown.

I bet that track will be real sticky once dead cicadas are littering the starting gate!

Nice time! Get drag radials and low 13s are in your future.

lovely FrogTown!!!!! and it might be sticky but all the drag from smashed cicadas on the front will off set it!!
