First Review Of Xephyr Performance CAI

The first customer review of the Xephyr Performance CAI has been submitted today. Please find below the comments sent to me by Peter (Posted with his explicit permission to do so)

Chris,

I just came back from driving around. The car sounds especially sweet
on the highway when you open it up. When the car is idling, you can barely
hear it. Car is amazingly quiet for everyday driving. You definately
notice the sound and the performance once the tach turns past 3800 rpm's.
The installation wasn't that bad. The hardest part is actually getting the
old airbox out. The installation can easily be done by anyone. I appreciate
your help in guiding me through any tricky parts of the installation. The
CAI looks great and is easily the same quality as all of the major
manufacturers at a much better price. The K&N filter is top quality. I'm
sure if I ran the 1/4 mile with my comptech headers and your intake combined,
my time should be at14.0 maybe even break 14 if I get a good launch.
Unfortuantely, I do not have a digital camera to post pictures, but feel free
to use any of my comments as I only have positive things to say about your
CAI. It was well worth the wait. Good luck with your business and I hope
everyone else who ordered is as completely satisfied as me.

Thanks, and good luck.

Pete DeMarco

Chris,

For GOD's sake why u left everyone of your customers out of touch. We heard that u had an emergency. I remind you, however, that the "best customer relationship" is the rule number ONE to succeed in any business.

Good luck.

Nashua,

I apologize if I was unable to maintain better contact with the members. However, individuals that had contacted or left voicemail with me I did respond to in the most timely fashion I could. I am currently working on several new products for the Acura 3.2 CL and am consistently looking for new ways to improve not only our cars but my products. If anyone has not received a UPS tracking number please contact me via email with your name and address I will verify shipping and or payment. Thanks again for your support and patronage I look forward to establishing a working partnership with each of you.

Sincerely,

Christopher Koncur

Jayru,

Yes I will accept check payment. However if you were to go to your bank and ask for either a check or a money order it would result in approx. 3 day faster clearing. In either case check/money order to:

Xephyr Performance, LLC.
301 Browning Lane
Suite 176
Cherry Hill, NJ, 08003

Specify the color and the model of your car CL-Premium or CL-S.

Many Thanks,

Christopher J Koncur

Webtoker,

My return policy is 14 day "no questions asked" provided the induction system is returned in "re-sellable" condition. I apologize that you have not recieved your intake yet and will honor your return the minute it is received. Please return the box to:

Zuckermann Returns
301 Browning Lane
Suite 174
Cherry Hill, NJ, 08003

Again, My sincere apologies and as a token gesture I would like to allow you to keep the AEM bypass valve from the unit you recieve at no charge for your custom CAI. I realize that this is a small token for your inconvenience, however, I hope you will accept it nonetheless.

Chris, that sounds great. I hope you understand why I feel this way. I can see that you are now getting things back in order but it was a little to late for me. I will return the package with out the bypass valve to that address Monday. Thank you for working with me on this one.

Astro,

I too found it particulary funny after I re-read my own post! LOL Zuckermann is the name of the individual handling the receivables and "Returns" is to ensure it gets credited as the box is scanned back in. But it does sound utterly ridiculous ! lol My apologies ..... however the board needed a bit of humor
