Finally got response from Acura'sCustmr Service!
What's up everyone, I just want to share my experience with Acura's Customers Service. As some of you my remember from previous post, I've been having numerous amount of inconvenience from my Type S. Transmission service twice and replaced, warped rotors with steering wheel vibration three times(front rotors cut twice and rear rotors cut once and had brake pads replaced. why? don't know) moisture in headlight, humming or whining noise from engine and water leak from top of windshield. Anyways, to make a long story short, customer service said they cannot do anything for me now. I asked for my car to be replaced or end my lease early. All I got is a consideration for future good will when my warranty runs out
What the fuck man? I'm tired of all this inconvenience, all they give me is a freaking consideration for good will? What do you guys think. Oh by the way the persons name was Jason Cox ( more like a f***ing Cock to me) need opinions. Thanks

thanks randymax, Cali lemon law states that, any re-occuring problems or at least 3 or four times for the same problem can qualify for lemon law. I've been in contact with a lemon law attorney and he told me that next time the brakes warp again or tranny, then we can start paper work. thanks for the response

I went through the Calif Lemon Law last Fed on a Chrysler Sebring. Either it have to go for 3 times for a fix but your car has to out of service for 30 days. Going in twice for the tranny, I would assume your car was out of service for at least 30 days, so this would qualify it as a LEMON

That car is gay as hell. Infinitis suck.
Get a WRX, or get the new Z....
gvtire what's up man, yeah my tranny was replaced but it was only out of service for 1 week. my brakes have been in serviced for three times now. front rotors twice (cut) and rear rotors (cut and brake pad replace) all these problems causes steering to shake when they occur. Do you think I have a lemon law case? thanks I appreciate all the feedback. And oh what did you get out of the lemon law?

Infiniti's suck? Take a look at the Q45 and then tell us if you feel the same way. I'd love to have that car!!
