finally got my tokico illuminas!!!

finally!!! after 22,000 some miles with my h&r sport springs installed, my stock shcoks have gone to hell and were in desperate need of replacement. recently my ride has been really bouncy and floaty on the freeway.

after leaving the shop where i installed my shocks, Super VIP Motoring in Alhambra, CA, i couldn't really tell the difference since i was driving 30 mph on local streets. however, i took my car for a ride on the 60, 605, and 405 freeways back down to irvine, and i can totally tell the difference in ride quality now. the car doesn't bounce and float after every bump or turn. everything just feels in place.

i set my tokico's the 4th stiffest setting and it's great for now. i actually want to change it the 5th setting, which is the stiffest (i like it rough ). we'll see how things go for now...

i had them installed for $500 total... so i think i got a great deal. for those of you with the lowering spring/stock shocks setup... upgrade to a higher performance shock... you won't regret it
