I'm also very interested. My xs headers are actually quite good, definitely from the "good" batch. (45-50k on em) But hey I'm always looking for ways to make more power.

Imagine when these headers get made: a flood of xs headers are gonna hit the blackmarket. They wont be worth shit. lol

lol

Its better then that one fool that was asking $300 for XS headers shortly after they stopped making them briefly.

I will be removing the cat for my setup. With these headers we would have to actually look at the length and how far it would need to extend out. We could add a bolt-on cat option like how Richie has his V1's if someone really wants that.

I will try to get it as bolt-on as possible.

no problem. Not going to have anyone deposit anything until I put my own R&D into it.

I was thinking about whether these would clear my Cusco front lower bar or my 4 point mid bar. With the comptech there already isn't much room. The 4 point bar just barely touches my flex pipe at times.

Good question. Wasn't planning for it to meet those clearance requirements. We will have to wait and see.

Same thought here Brian. Probably not due to the bigger piping diameter and design. I would rather have a better breathing engine, and would have no problem removing the chassis bracing. I do know you plant to track your car and would like to run those braces....

However, I'm sure someone could fab a set up around those braces. But for the "general" design of these to fit a car without those braces, they most likely won't clear the Ultra Racing 4 point.

Maybe we could get a donor car to go down there and compare to see if a design could be made around them? I got plenty of vacation time and the drive is a piece of cake for me, although I do drive an Accord, so....?

Prototype has been in progress. My buddy hasn't sent me pics yet but I'll be in Florida from the 16th-19th to check out everything.

Don't worry guise.

What is the price were looking at on these? It seems everytime I find some XS headers they always cost 200-250, which is ridiculous.

I would not count on these being lower than that price

Im sure they wont be near the price of XS headers, but the quality, materials, and power gains will make it more then worth it.

If you think 250 is a ridiculous price then this thread is not for you.

Haven't been on here in a while, but Im glad I found this thread. Definitely keeping an eye out for these... I'm not satisfied with the DC Sports headers (one set cracked, and the replacement set fit like the first set - slightly off).

Taking longer than expected. He's been swamped with customer work. Unfortunately, that's what pays the bills. It is on hold for now. I'm not going to update anything until I hear any more progress.

He has it mocked up. There were a few things I had him change up while I was down there. Sorry no pics.

So now, I have my car back and it looks like Reese or someone local will have to take over and be the test car for the final fitting and testing.

Anyone in FL, preferably near the Tampa area, that could donate the stock exhaust manifolds and jpipe/Headers?

Help would be greatly appreciated.

I have good condition stock exhaust manifold and j-pipe. Pulled it from a CL-S6 (Same as auto anyway), and I could donate it. But same problem, shipping.

If shipping is the last hurdle to get these kick started, I dont mind chipping in
