Did you check it out on KBB.com or edmunds.com to get an idea of what they're going for? Edmunds has a fair value price that takes the cars condtion as well as your location in mind... you may want to check that out....

You see, when you buy from a dealer you have no idea whether the previous owner maintained it well or not. But if you get it from the private owner, you can ask for record of maintenance. Take you time and look for a well maintained one with a reasonable price.

My lease end value was $16,500 and Acura called and wanted to cut me a deal so as to not have to take the car back. I'd say $19 for a CLP is about $3K too high. Mine was a Tyep S with 38,000 miles on it and it was in perfect shape.
