Exhaust tips - not a noob question

This isn't the kind of thing I can FAQ

do any of you guys know of any exhaust tips you really like?

I don't care about their supposed HP/torque/fuel efficiency gains, I just want something that looks great.

I really do like the stock tips, but I just wonder what good stuff is out there.

Which is why I said "supposed". Because I know that they don't really do anything.

Its not a FAQ question, but it has been covered several time, do a quick search on exhaust. You should be able to find threads on all the different ones, and can compare that way.

Those tips would fill the bumper cutouts perfectly and they look great too.

I dunno, i searched "exhuast tip" "exhuast tips" and "muffler tips" and didnt really come up with much. there are a lot of search results. but they're not about pics of different tips, and a lot of them are from 2003 so even if the links used to be helpful, they're dead now.

maybe i'm just not good at searching, but i couldnt find all the threads on it.

(i also only searched in the 2g CL forum, because im assuming thats what he wants to see)

What DC3328 was mentioning was that a lot of people have completed this mod in the 2nd Gen TL side...

Which the rears look pretty much the same so they are good examples.

well hopefully the OP is looking just for "tips" cuz the CL-S exhaust, as we all know by now, is free-flowing enough that changing anything to it would just be for sound.
I mean you could get a cat-back system that may add minimal HP gains.
I know you can use the GReddy Evo2 off the '03-'07 Accord coupe, cuz thats what im using lol

just found this on a different thread.

"EXHAUST SYSTEM

The 3.2 CL's high-flow dual-exhaust system is designed to offer lightweight, low restriction performance while ensuring excellent emissions and noise control. To help the Type S achieve additional horsepower, it receives greater exhaust flow capabilities through a larger diameter exhaust pipe, an increased flow catalytic converter and ultra-high flow capacity dual mufflers. These enhancements to the Type S increase exhaust flow out of the engine by over 30 percent compared to the 3.2 CL. The Type S exhaust note has also been tuned to provide an aggressive, performance-oriented sound while minimizing excessive noise at cruising speed."
