Hey, i was wondering if anyone has put duals on their car that come up and are angled slightly? Nothing too extreme, but similar to the way is seen on S2K's and NSX's.

These are the only pics i could find doing a quick search. the 300zx doesnt look that good, but its the general idea

btw, i think that looks terrible on the 300zx, but if it were done with smaller canisters and not so exagerated maybe it could look good . . .

 

i think originally lil brad or kyle (one of the abp dudes) had his magnaflows initially slightly angeled. it was a pretty subtle angle, not too extreme. safe to say, he got 'em straightened out from what i remember


personally i think with the way our bumper cut outs are, it just requires the exhaust to come out normally, otherwise it just looks awkward.

there's an Evo and an STI in my town that have angled exhaust like that
it looks pretty good on them, but angled mufflers have no place on a CL.

Of course those are exaggerations of what you want prolly, so i will save my opinion until I see someone on a-zine w/ slightly angled muffs....... if there isn't any then there's prolly a reason....
