Exhaust muffler

My friend is going to buy these, just curious what you guys think about this muffler? Pretty cheap price.

it sayes the muffler is 21"s long and 8"s tall thats a big ass can.....
get a set see how they look and sound if its crap sell them to some ricer and tell them they are JDM as hell!!!
