Example of what happens....
....when a CL races a WRX from a roll.
The CL has the Comptech CAI and the Comptech headers.
The WRX has a cat-back exhaust, down-pipe, up-pipe, and exhaust manifold. This was well over a year ago when I raced blueCLS6 before the infamous turbo upgrade on his car. Anyway, just wanted to show what happens when they start from a roll. I love the third gear in the CL. It is the 'nitro' gear in my book.
p.s. the static junk you get in the video is my fault. At the time, my computer was a little slow to download video well. So, I apologize for that.

No, it's an 03 WRX. Same as an 02, though. Just a few very minor differences.
I wasn't really surprised by the outcome of it. Without a launch, the WRX's, Evo's, STi's lose probably around a half a second off the quarter mile times. You can tell they are dependent on those launches. Next time you see a quarter mile time of one of those three cars, look at the trap speeds. They won't be that high. One of those races, the car didn't feel as strong to me. I think it might of been because we were sitting at a red light for about a minute and I think my intercooler got a little heat soak. As you probably know, the stock WRX intercooler sits up on top of the engine. Either way, he beat me. I'll admit defeat.
