I placed an order a week ago for those door sills, not e-mail confirming order, I've wrote and called the guy several times, no response. Anyone know if this is common?

 

i've also ordered door sills from them mike and i'm still waiting. i placed my order on 3/15/06 and got no e-mail or anything. i got a call from them like 2 days after the order and they were asking for feedback about their product. i said, "i haven't got them yet." idiots. everytime i check the status of my order, it's always "pending shipment."

 

In the past, customer service from this company was inconsistent at best. I had to pester them a lot to get my sills about 2 years ago. You'd think they'd work on improving their service, must not be a priority, good luck.

It took prolly 3.5 weeks to get mine.
