Every Time I hit the gas...noises inside

For months now, every time I hit the gas in my car, there is a weird sound thats fairly loud that seems to be coming out of my A/C vent, but I'm not sure as I cant locate it exactly. The sound is almost like when you put a baseball card between the spokes of a bicycle and ride it. I know this sounds crazy, but does anyone know what in the world this could be?

Sounds like debris in your blower motor housing. My guess is when you accelerate, whatever it is (leaves, twigs) is hitting your blower wheel. Try removing your blower motor and see if there is something in the housing causing the noise. You can also remove the cabin filters and see if there's debris there too

It's under the dash, passenger side. The cabin filter is there behind the glove compartment. If you're not sure on how to remove it, best to bring it to a auto or ac repair shop.

To get to the air filter housing...all you need to do is remove the glovebox and a cover piece.

Not too bad.

I'm not super handy and it was like a 15 minute job.
