Ethanol
Ethanol
I was cruising Stangnet just now and somebody said Ethanol might be bad for fuel injectors. Is he right?
Ethanol is a additive to gasoline. I'm not 100% sure what it does....
Those who use Sunoco 94 should know what I'm talking about. Thay use 10% ethanol. I put 94 in my 87 legend all the time and I never had a problem. I knwo the manual says not to use more than 10-15%m but sometimes that say things that aren't totally true.
What do you think?

People spend too much time finding other people to blame, too much energy finding excuses for not being what they are capable of being, and not enough energy putting themselves on the line, growing out of the past, and getting on with their lives. -

The general consensus says that 10% or less in gasoline is safe. The alcohol generally attacks various types of plastic and rubber. The manual says you are safe with gas that has 10-15% and Acura must have considered this.
