Englishtown 5/03 this friday

Alrighty people, last week fell through because of the swap meet but this week looks good. Who's down for etown? If anybody needs directions from PA let me know. It's $20 for three runs plus race card and helmet.....total should be about $30. Not the best price but whatever

From Philly it's about an hours drive. Nice and straight on the NJ turnpike nothing complicated. Exit for etown is right after exit for Great Adventure. We have many many new memebrs on this board who live in the philly area so don't disappoint me

As far as you NJ and NY people i'll let scooter handle it.....

For information:

Confirmed:

Yeah... I damp track is NOT your friend off the line...

I think my trap speeds were decent for having such crappy 60 ft times... We are planning on going back in a couple of weeks (hopefully I;ll have tires by then) and the track will be DRY!!!

Good luck boys....

DOM didn't mess with his tire pressure, I was at ~ 32-33 PSI as well, like I said before, no RACE PREP (didn't remove spare or jack or mess with any other settings) just Gate shifting with VSA OFF.

Yeah, I'm planning on making this one if the weather looks good.

Zapata, guess we could meet up again at the V- diner then hit the turnpike again? I'm going to hit up Golberg tonight and see if he's down with dragging the SS again as well.

Still no final word from BigPimp yet- Hope he will not respond to this post with his famous "tranny quote". I will have to make him sit with the girls in the bleachers and watch!!!

Oh yea! this is good.
Glanced at that weather report this morning!

Seems that Fri is going to be clear and cool (an HP friendly night for the CLS)

Going to try and remove all unwanted "stuff" in the car including the extra Rim that the dealer wanted to keep after replacing the one they scratched to Fock in their boo boo car wash.

Zapata- run that tank down this time! We are counting on you
to make us all look good out there on the track!

Yes, i need to empy out the tank. I have about 3/4 full of a tank right now. So i think i might be able to work it so I have less than 1/4 I need to take out the spare, jack, and other boxes. I've been running the car hard so far. I"ll do some practice 1/4 mile runs from a stop now till friday and 3x on friday before i drive up.

I'm going to be sporting my Park Ave Acura t-shirt

I don't think a CL-S is on the list of FAA's list of approved carry-on items, I'm fairly certain you would have to Check the that one...

I would at least bring it with you to the terminal and see if it fits in the template they have near the door.

Bolt on mods i.e, i/h/e/sp/p? Excluding NOS and 3.5L upgrade. I believe it was spiroh or mike who ran a 14.2.
