^Thats it right?

It's funny I almost bumped this same thread while searching emanage posts.

It looks like the three us are on the same path. I have a emanage but nothing else on the list. Just checked boomslang and the harness for our car is $190.
Seems like a lot but my friend got one for his turbo project and when you see the massive amount of wires you'll know why it costs so much.

Phee- you got the emanage software and support tool diy right? I remember seeing you post about it. I'd be more than happy to make a donation to your paypal if you send me one in the mail. I'd be willing to bet Gnuts, and Total2f would also.

A good price on a used emanage is $150-200. If you can get it for less it's a steal.

Let us know if NVA makes you a harness.
I've read however that boomslang's emanage harness is good, it's their aem fic harness for our car that NVA has to fix all the time.

Have you found a dyno shop? What kind of $$ are you willing to spend on a proper tune? That is the big question here. There's nobody in CT I trust to tune my car.

Lets price this out:
Used emanage $150-200
Harness $200 or so.
Wideband gauge and 02 sensor???
Dyno tune?

Is a Walbro fuel pump, P2R fuel rail, fuel pressure regulator, and S2k injectors worth it for us at this step in the game? Needed for better results on the dyno? (Cls6 with bolt-ons)

Dyno guru's please chime in.

i'm just getting the emanage because it's a good deal, and i would need it in the future if i get into boost. I'd like to get a wideband now though. I think i'm running rich.

A fuel pump, rail, even a FPR might be overkill for just bolt ons.

If you have a 6-speed the boomslang is $170, I would budget about $200 for a wideband afr kit (gauge and O2 sensor) depending on which brand you prefer. If your looking to get one cheap check out my Autometer Rebate Thread you can get a kit for about $130. I'll be picking one up in the next month if you're willing to wait I can give a bit of a review on it. As far as dyno; prices vary from place to place, if you find a reputable place anywhere in the northeast let me know I've been looking myself. I agree with gnuts fuel rails and injectors are bit of overkill at this stage, you may need/want them if you go boosted; but you'll have to tune again anyway at that point so its no big deal.

Paul (NVA), runs a AEM F/IC on his S/C 7th gen accord which he said he likes a lot. Why just not have Paul make you guys a custom harness for that? Instead of of taking a chance on the Emanage blue which some people are saying does not work that well.

Emanage Blue works okay, hardcore tuners don't like it because you can't do as many things with it as other units; but from what I gather between me and the couple other members we just need to adjust air/fuel anyway so this will work fine. Also the V-TEC engagement point is adjustable and there are two maps if I'm not mistaken which was a plus for me because I will eventually be running nitrous.

With bolt ons you're not maxing out the injectors. Even if you do upgrade, dont even bother with the S2k injectors. Theyre no where near as good as the RDX injectors and cost a hell of a lot more. FPR may not be needed. Walbro pump is good insurance.

If you want the P2R rails, I have a set I havent used. Let me know if youre interested.
