Apexi Neo or VAFCII

Ok, so I searched and the only threads that came up were black market threads. Im sure theres a thread out there so if you know where to find it let me know, or if you can answer my questions I d appreciate it. Ok, so Ive been looking at picking up an Apexi Neo or VAFCII and the boomslang harness. I have a few questions if theres anyone running this:

Which is better for tuning? which has more options?

Will the tune hold or does the ECU override it?

Is it practical for someone with only bolt ons IE I/H/E?

ANy help with these questions, and if you have dyno numbers of the improvements you gained with it that would be cool. Thanks in advance.

Well I only have minor bolt ons, im not spraying, supercharged or turbo so I dont see the need for Emanage. Just intake headers and exhaust. IDK, Im just tryin to figure out my next mod.... Thanks guys

Dont waste your money on these "tuning" devices. Ive seen the harm a VAFC can do when someone starts "playing" with it.

Save for a s/c if you want more power. Personally, Id save for the Ody transmission first.
