So out of nowhere my '03 CL-6 starts having problems. Zero issues up to this point aside from regular maintenance and all of the sudden stuff starts breaking.

To start, my ABS light is on. My Acura technician is looking into it tomorrow and hopefully it's nothing major. In additional to that out of nowhere my roadlamps aren't working. It can't be the bulbs because I just put PIAA Ion Yellow wedge bulbs. And also, my heated seat lights that light up amber are now not turning on at all.

Anyone know what could be causing this? My Acura tech. already tried to reset the ABS light and it came right back on when we started the car.

 

Sounds like a fuse or wire short. Did it all happen at once?

 

Yeah it did pretty much all happen at once.

 

Check the fuses. If all are good then there's a shorted wire somewhere. You may want to check you ground wires & battery wires. Make sure things are clean & have good contact. May want to disconnect your battery for a sec, & get the battery tested as well.

 

did you mod anything electrical at all? I mean, wire in a system or something, not just change a bulb. And yeah, check the fuse, i wouldn't be surprised if those were conencted somehow. Does the seat heat work, or just doesn't light up.
