Eibach Springs
I noticed that nobody seems to have used Eibach springs. I have heard good things about Eibach in general (hell, something like 80% of the Formula One teams use them). Does anyone have any input? Tire Rack has them for about $225 - drops front 2" and rear 1.7". Any thoughts?

I love mine!
Look good and handles nice too.
Had them for 1 1/2 years now and no problems whatsoever.
I have some on my 95 accord too and 7 years later still working great.
I'm a believer.
What more can you ask for?

Correct me if I am wrong
Hey I heard that if you go past 1-3/4 drop on factory shocks they will wear out quickly... the shocks that is... I would imagine if you upgrade the shocks along with the eibach springs you would not have any problems, but if you plan on using stock shocks you might run into the shocks wearing out quicker than expected....Just my .02

I had the sportline on my 98 CL, and I have the pro-kit on my 03 CL, and both of them were and are great. The pro-kit lets you stay within specs of alienment, so you don't need a camber kit.

I have the sportlines on my CLS. The only complaint I have about eibachs is that they always seem to sit higher in the front than they do in the back... My drop was suppose to be 2.6" front & 2.3" rear. The rear looked real good from the start but the front took a while to settle. With the eibachs you definatly need a rear camber kit...
I had comptechs before those and loved them, but I needed a lower ride. No camber kit needed.
If your not going to go for a drastic drop Id stick with the comptechs.

I disagree on this one... camber was too negative in rear. Wore out my first set of tires in 6 months.
But, with rear camber kit installed, life is good.

I love the ride, though it is rough over bumpy pavement.
But honestly, changing to 18's had a greater negative effect on the ride quality than just doing the springs.

It seems that opinions differ on this topic, but my experience was only about 10k out of my Pirelli P7000's.
And that was having them unmounted and remounted on rims from the other side so that the inside wear was moved to the outside so that I could wear the entire tire out.
