ecu upgrade info

ok heres the deal as i dont lie and have always been truthfull to everyone here.i spoke to shad at comptech and they are indeed working on a piggyback computer for the supercharged autos and most likely manuals.it would alter vtec range and other paramaters to help us extract more power from our cars.i asked him when and he sometime this year dont know when but this is good news if it works out it would really help us all considering know one makes an ecu upgrade for our cars.ill keep everyone posted as times goes by to let you guys know the statis.id also like to thank all the members who have been really helpfull to me like scalbert,allmotor,ch1276 etc etc etc .thanx

The tranny cooler that comes with the kit and is supposed to keep the tranny in one piece. I will put alot of miles on it, in a short period of time (50k/yr), with the blower setup, so we will see.

You'll be out front on the tranny project !! I've heard the same thing on the piggyback, should add another 15 H.P or so.

I'd say it will only work with the supercharged cars. They will make more money that way. Offer a computer upgrade only with the purchase of a more expensive upgrade.
