Anyone else with any advice? Or does anyone have a DVD player hooked up to the screen with a switch that turns it from the Navi to DVD player to watch movieS?

There’s no such thing as far as I know. The factory DVD drive is only for the NAV DVD.

There IS an adapter that allows you to hook up your own DVD player and have it display on the NAV screen.
If that’s what you’re looking for, check out the A/V section for info on it.

Now that I know this, I almost regret not getting a NAV-equipped CLS.

Then again, who watches movies in their car? I prefer the sofa with a big bowl of popcorn and can of soda.

Never-the-less, having a DVD player, that shows through the stock NAV screen scores a 10/10 on the cool factor!
