drving an rsx for the next 4 days

brought my cl in to get the front bumper painted from the license plate frame scratching it. i requested an nsx, but they denied. j/k

so im in an 04 red rsx auto. havent driven more then a mile with it yet cause i work like 3 blocks away from the dealer. the one thing i like already about this car that my cl doesnt have is in SS mode you have to manually shift from 1st to 2nd gear, when the cl does it automatically.

so no offense to the rsx owners, but i will be in this chick car till hopefully no later then friday.

I had one for a loaner. I thought it felt really cheap on the inside. Also it didn't have any power in the lower rpm range. Well, now that I think about it, it didn't have any power at all.

RSX is WEAK!

it handles very well... it just doen't have enough... "omph" for spirited drivers (such as myself)

it is an awesome car (for what your paying of course)

bose stereo with subwoofer, 200hp, 6 spd manual, leather bucket seats, all for 21k... thats not bad, what could you campare that to??

Way too small for me but otherwise a nice car. Silver seems to be the color of choice.

A friend of a friend has one and she says that since the day she got it there's always a weird smell coming out of the vents. The dealers haven't been able to fix it either.

Do the RSX's have cabin filters like our cars?

My dealer used to use RSX’s but they upgraded to TSX’s when they came out.

Last time I was there they still had a mix of both.
They gave CL, TL, MDX & RL owners the TSX’s to use and they gave the RSX owners and older Acura’s the RSX’s as loaners.

you can shift from 1st to 2nd in a CL, jst as long as your rolling less than 20 mph, it will let you...cause i do it all the time

im not paying a dime cause i told them that when the porters put my front plate on, with normal driving, it must have been hitting my bumper cause theirs scratches all over. which really happened.

jesus... thats slick man

off topic question...

a cab driver hit me yesterday while i yeilded (is that a word?) for a ambulance... The bumper has a small dent in the crevice of the License plate/ its scuffed (it would come off with a detail) and a 1" \gash through the paint... i got his number how much should i ask him for??? Keep in mind my bumber had about 2 tiny parking scratches from before...

what luck i had the car for less than 2 weeks and i bitch about people parking too close to me...

The dealer almost always gives me an RSX as a loaner. I like the handeling and the power actually feels ok for a 4 cylinder (all their RSX loaners are type S). I really don't like the interior too much.
