i wanna drop my car a little bit so that the front and the back are even but im a little strapped for money. my friend told me that to drop my car the right way it would cost me around 1000. is this true, or can i get a better deal. that price is with shocks and alignment and everything like that.

IF you want an even drop stay away from comptech springs then.. I got eibach prokit springs adn the front and back are even, looks great. I got them on ebay for around $200 shipped. I have yet to get an alignment, or aftermarket shocks , but i'm fine for now.

With the Eibach's did you have to get a camber kit ?

Springs are just that, springs. Whereas coilovers are the shock and the spring and are height adjustable.

They are a bit more costly and since they are usually ride adjustable as well you can make them harder or softer depending on your preference.

My camber isn't too bad right now, after the alignment I think it should bring it back to spec, so i'm not 100% sure if i will need one or not, judging from the looks of it right now, no i don't think iwill need a camber kit.
