Driver side window has decided to...

stop going all the way down intermittently. Yesterday I noticed going through the tolls that when I hit the auto down button, it started down and when it had about 3 inches to go, it stopped. Am I the only one?

Nope, you are not the only one, welcome to my world. WTF is with all these fucking problems in this car. This is poor quality. I have the same problem. Went to the dealer twice already, yersterday they replaced the switch and the problem is still there. I am pissed at the dealer for being careless and I am pissed at Acura for such silly problems.

Done venting........breathing in and out, in...out

Same problem here. Dealer replaced a switch, the pronlem is not solved. High Temprature means the Auto down does not work correctly.

Has to do with the resistance of the switch. A very low quality one I guess. A design flaw.

Me too, although I dont know if it's entirely weather sensitive. I had this happen in the winter too. Heat definatly makes it worse though, it seems to be everyday now though (80+). Started about 6 months after I got it new... Ive had mine for just over a year now.

I don't use it enough. The only time I pay a toll is when I do something I shouldn't be doing.

The problem is not the switch.

The problem is that ALL Honda window motors are faulty.

You need to have your motors replaced. And the dealers know that.

The TL/CL/S2000/Accord all have the SAME problem. Im sure other cars in the honda line do to.

Not all the time Temprature depended. The first time it happened when the engine is running. I stopped at the dealer the service tech demostrated that it was working (The engine was not running). I pulled out of the dealer lot and the it was not working, so I figured if the engine is running it might not work, go figure ..... Just annoyance!

So, does replacing motor resolves the problem?

Just as HONDA/ACURA know about the bad "design" in the sun roofe ! All those squeaking noises, have been going on since 1998. My Accord coupe sqeaks, then I buy a 2001 CLS and SAME DESIGN, SAME NOISE, SAME FIX-LUBE IT UP every 3 months ! HELLO HONDA in 1998 ! Did you miss something ????
Don't get me started.........
