Does anyone know of another supplier of the brushed aluminium door sills besides ap-signworks? I've tried repeatedly to place an order with Jeff via email and I've left 2 phone messages without any response. Any help would be much appreciated.

I guess it's not just me then.......obviously they aren't too interested in our CL business.

 

I agree, it took a while but eventually he always responded to my emails. He had to make more. Supposedly my sills are on the way. I've seen them mostly mounted on the plastic door threshold but also on the outer lip of the body below the plastic. I kind of like it there even better, seems to mount better and is less prone to damage. Does that make sense? Anyone else?
I was tempted to order 2 sets but I didn't.

 

i received my set about a month ago damaged, after 4 calls i finally got through to someone there. they said they would replace them right away. that was a month ago and since then i havent seen any new door sills and ive left messages to call me back and ive tried calling every day for the last 2 weeks to talk w/ someone but keep getting the answering machine.

 

From the above remarks, even if they do ever call to take my order for the door sills, I won't be giving them my business....it sounds like they are very flakey. If anyone knows of another reliable source for the door sills, please let me know. Thanks!!

 

I ordered the alum dash kit and was sent the wrong one - some of the pieces fit - others were for an older CL. Still waiting on replacment parts. Oh, and yes, I am waiting on my door sills too...

Yeah.. took me over 2 month before I got mine... and the communication sucked with them... Since I did get mine... I guess I'm lucky...

 

Same here, it did take awhile for them to come but they were packaged and shipped perfectly. Communication with them before delivery was very easy so i don't understand whats going on now?
