does the V-AFC add low end or top???

at $349 is it worth it??? within the next
week or two i will be purchasing a cl-s...
i know i am getting headers and the cai,
im just not sure about the v-afc...
do you get horsepower, torque, or both???
also i wanted to put 19's on the car, but
i dont want the ride to be any rougher than
what i already have on my accord with 18/225/40's on it... can anybody tell me how
much of a difference of ride you get with
19's/35s vs. 18's/40's???

Just saw this on the TL web board, group buy for $290 delivered. It says its for the v/afc and s-afc. Can't promise if its any good but for what it's worth here is the url. http://www.groupbuycenter.com/buy.as...ad&row_id=2032

whats up guys, i have a 99 3.0CL and have the v-afc, i gained about 15hp in the mid range. i doesn't help lowend and maybe a little at high end but most of hp gain is mid range. this is dyno tested results.
