Wait till you all get to 30,000 miles... it'll be a fricken symphony or rattles...
My '02 TL-S was PERFECTLY SILENT up until about 10,000 miles... then the fun began .. about 1000 rattles in the dash ... 100-400 rattles around the cabin .. and several in the rear deck... (exaggerating, yes, but i make my point)..
They are very frustrating, and I feel like I'll never buy Acura again only b/c i don't wanna deal w/ the rattles... despite the fact that I think it performs and operates outstandingly.
It's the small things that make the big things great...

mine didn't have *any* till 11k miles. after that one came many more unfortunately...I think it depends on the roads you drive on. After 11k I got a new job and started driving on bumpier roads to get to work.

i belive the rattles were a standard feature on my cl-s....at first i thought it was cause the car was kinda stiff...then i drove my mom's 500sl which makes my car look like a 70's caddy eldorado and realized that that can't be it...that sunroof tsb is bull cause that never fixed my sunroof rattle...both doors rattle and the rear deck...and yeah it only happens when i'm in the car....$30K sitting outside cause it's so damn annoying to drive

sunroof rattle fixed, no return yet.
New rattle sounds like its coming from drive side seatbelt shoulder area.
BTW... is it common to have to feed the seatbelt back to get it to retract? Mine gets caught in the door or flops on the seat?

It all depends how you listen, I am very anal about ratles and can hear even smal clicks or ticks in plastic interior, seats, rear.... some people don't hear them, some do.

I now drive an accord....
7800 miles and I get a few sqeaks when the plastics still cold inside the car. At the 3700 mile oil change I had the dealer fix the sunroof rattle. Other than that after its warm inside the car she's quite as can be

it is 100% impossible for a CL-S not to have a rattle. i garauntee that any of you who say you have no rattles just arent listening well enough. the CL-S is a fuckin rattle monster and i know i could hear at least 1 or 2 seperate rattles in any of your supposed rattle-free cars.

40,500 miles, lowered on 18's since 22k, and pretty much no rattles.
Well, actually, I had two... the sunroof which was fixed, and the arm rest, which I fixed (just needed to adjust the latch). Seatbelt squeeks occassionally, but nothing some WD-40 can't fix. I drive about 20k a year, and 99.9% of those are smooth and in complete silence....

I really belive climate has a lot to do with it. Warm, my car is quiet. Cold it rattles.
50-60 degrees seems to be the midpoint between noise and starting to get quiet.

I have almost 70,000 miles and I have no rattles, and have never had any, even with Konis, springs, sways and low profile tires.
The only time I get any noise at all is on the coldest of days there seems to be a little squeek in the dash until the car heats up.
Guess I'm lucky.

Here is a list of all of my rattles listed from most annoying to least:
1. Not really a rattle more like a CREAKING noise i get every time inertia kicks in (when I am accelerating or breaking.
FIX: Supposedly the dealer reseated my front windshield (they thought it was loose) but that didn't fix it so I sat with the tech for about an hour while he took apart random peices and lubricated others. Nothing fixed it so finally I told him not to worry about it.
2. Glove box door... if I open it the rattle goes away, if i close it eventually it will come back.
FIX: dealer never really attempted to fix it even though I complained about it at least once
3. Sun roof rattle
FIX: dealer used the service bulletin fix. I did hear it make a few more noises even after the fix but in time it has completely stopped.
4. Rear deck rattle
FIX: haven't tried yet, I am going to try rubber feet between the rear windshield and
3rd break light
5. driver side seat belt assembly or window rattle
FIX: haven't tried yet and probably won't bother since it happens pretty infrequently when I am listening to certain types of music
